CITY SHORTS.

For the past 2-3 years, there has been a growing problem in London. Women all over the city have started wearing shorts to work as an alternative to skirts.

At first, it may have been novel and some women actually managed to carry it off.

Unfortunately this wasn't the case for the majority.

This is the story of city shorts gone BAD.

I ask this question: is this phenomenon localised to London?
