The City Shorts Phenomenon
First it was terrorism. Then it was Mad Cow's. Next came Avian Flu. Now it's....
CITY SHORTS.
For the past 2-3 years, there has been a growing problem in London. Women all over the city have started wearing shorts to work as an alternative to skirts.
At first, it may have been novel and some women actually managed to carry it off.
Unfortunately this wasn't the case for the majority.
This is the story of city shorts gone BAD.
I ask this question: is this phenomenon localised to London?
Or is this problem pandemic?

This season, dress shorts are the new Capris.
Designers showed the tailored silhouette on their spring runways, and fashion industry publication Women's Wear Daily reported that city shorts are a major seller in the Southwest. (Not here in New England yet)
So I guess Capris are not the same as city shorts, but I'll take pics of womens legs if you insist :-)

And I really have to admit, it's the same in Berlin, too! Especially here it's horrible because pale legs don't suit to the shorts, but nobody has recognized yet. ;)
